The shop sells products to individuals of legal age and companies. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online shop by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart via the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online shop, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
Payment and Payment Options
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of reclamation complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Order and Payment Confirmations
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your possible customer number and order number available. Remember to always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery Options and Costs
Delivery costs include transport and packaging fees. We deliver to Finland and Åland via Matkahuolto, and each order receives a tracking code in the delivery message.
We deliver abroad via Posti or GLS, depending on the destination country.
• Delivery costs in Finland to the nearest pick-up point: 5.90€, home delivery 12.90€. Oy Matkahuolto Ab is responsible for transportation. Free delivery for orders over 100€ in Finland.
• Delivery costs to the EU area 9.90€
• For the time being, we do not deliver outside the EU
Delivery Time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-4 business days. Other EU countries 2-6 business days, non-EU countries 7-30 business days depending on the destination country or continent. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates have been stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also notify you of possible delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.
Discount codes: Our store may occasionally have promo codes and discount coupons. The code is added in the shopping cart. Remember to save the code and check that it has been applied to the order. Discount codes cannot be added afterwards.

Return and Refund Policy
Right of cancellation and return conditions
You have the right to cancel this order contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancellation ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.
To exercise the right of return and cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous clear-cut way (for example, by an email or letter by post). You can also use our printable return form, which can be downloaded from the order confirmation, but its use is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
The free return only applies to returns made through Matkahuolto with our return agreement to deliveries in Finland and only to products purchased at the normal price. Please note that if the products were bought at reduced prices or bought from the Outlet, we charge 5.90€ as return costs.

Remember to save the receipt from the return until the return has been processed. If the return is lost along the way and the customer does not have a receipt, we will not accept the return.
Effects of order cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all the payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without delay and in any situation no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We will make the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, in such a way that you do not incur costs for returning the payments.
You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires.
You are only responsible for such reduction in the value of the goods, which is the result of something other than the handling necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
We accept the return if these conditions are met:
• All the product's cardboard tags or other tags must be in place, exactly as they are when they leave us. The garment bag may be opened for fitting.
• The packages are intact and included in the return
• The product is completely intact and has no signs of use
• Animal hair in textiles, for example, prevents us from selling the product again, so fit the product only in a way that it does not come into contact with animals.
• Hygiene products such as underwear, nightwear, face masks, opened cosmetics or food products are not applicable for returns.
Unclaimed package
Not claiming the package is not the same as a refund or a cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.
Problem Situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
